Add Once
AddOnce lets merchants present optional products and services directly on the product page. Create a Companion Product once, then attach it to any product where it belongs. Because AddOnce uses native Shopify products, inventory, variants, and fulfillment continue to work as expected. Customers choose optional add-ons before adding to cart, and each item is added as its own native Shopify cart line.

Information We Access
When you install AddOnce, Shopify grants the app access only to the data required for its functionality.
Depending on the permissions you approve, AddOnce may access:
• Product information
• Product variants
• Product metafields and metaobjects
• Theme App Extension configuration
• Store information required to authenticate your installation
• Billing status required to manage trial and lifetime access
AddOnce does not access customer payment information.
How Information Is Used
AddOnce uses store data solely to:
• Create and manage Companion Products
• Associate Companion Products with Parent Products
• Render Companion Products on your storefront
• Manage your trial and lifetime access
• Maintain application functionality and reliability
• Store data is never used for advertising or sold to third parties.
Data Storage
AddOnce stores only the information necessary to provide the service, including Companion Product configuration, application settings, and licensing information.
Data Sharing
Bison 46 Labs does not sell or rent merchant data.
Information is shared only when necessary to operate the application or comply with legal obligations.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect merchant data.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to protect the information entrusted to us.
App Removal
If you uninstall AddOnce, Shopify revokes the app's access to your store.
Certain configuration and licensing records may be retained for a reasonable period to support reinstalls, billing verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
Third-Party Services
AddOnce relies on Shopify's platform for authentication, billing, and application hosting within the Shopify ecosystem.
Refund Policy
AddOnce includes a 14-day Full Access Trial so merchants can evaluate all features before purchasing.
AddOnce Unlimited is a one-time $99 purchase that provides lifetime access for the installed Shopify store.
If you purchase AddOnce Unlimited and determine that it does not meet your needs, please contact support within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests are reviewed individually and must include the Shopify store associated with the purchase.
